AI Additional Terms of Use
AriesLift utilizes cutting-edge artificial intelligence (AI) technology and natural language processing to enhance your fitness training and coaching experience. These AI Additional Terms of Use (“AI Terms”) govern your use of the AI-Powered Features and Services (as defined below) provided by AriesLift and supplement AriesLift Terms of Service, which are incorporated herein by reference.
By using the AI-Powered Features and Services of the AriesLift Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these AI Terms.
AI-Powered Features and Services
From time to time, AriesLift may offer various AI-powered features and services to assist Users in their fitness training journey (“AI-Powered Features and Services”), including, but not limited to:
- Personalized exercises and training recommendations
- Intelligent session insights, technique suggestions, feedback and corrections
- Fitness assessment
- Technique and form practice
- Adaptive training pathways
- Recommended content
Accuracy and Reliability
While we strive to provide accurate and reliable AI-Powered Features and Services, you acknowledge and understand that AI technology may not be error-free. The accuracy and reliability of the AI-Powered Features and Services may vary based on factors such as data input, user interactions, and system limitations. Therefore, AriesLift does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI-generated content or recommendations. AriesLift hereby disclaims any liability for the input provided by Users and the output generated by the AI-Powered Features and Services.
User Responsibilities
When using the AI-Powered Features and Services of the AriesLift Platform, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and relevant information as required for the AI to function effectively.
- Verify the accuracy of AI-generated output and recommendations before relying on them for any purpose.
- Exercise caution and critical thinking when interpreting AI-generated output or recommendations.
- Report any inaccuracies or errors encountered while using the AI-Powered Features and Services to the AriesLift Support team using the contact details specified below.
- Not to mislead any person that AI-generated output and recommendations were solely human-generated.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the AI-Powered Features and Services provided by AriesLift, including, but not limited to, algorithms, models, and datasets, are owned by or licensed to AriesLift.
Privacy and Data Security
AriesLift is committed to protecting your privacy and safeguarding your personal data. We process your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We will use the data we collect from your use of the AI-Powered Features and Services to provide you with AI-generated output or recommendations. Such collected data may include transcripts, audio recordings and related metadata, i.e. the program you train, your fitness level and your country. We may also collect and process such data to improve our machine learning models or our instances of third-party models as well as the performance and functionality of any AriesLift Platform features, including the AI-Powered Features and Services. We never sell your personal data or permit others to use your personal data to train third-party machine learning models.
Limitation of Liability
Notwithstanding any provision of AriesLift Terms of Service and to the extent permitted by law, AriesLift shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the AI-Powered Features and Services, including, but not limited to, errors, inaccuracies, or interruptions in service.
Modification of AI Terms
AriesLift reserves the right to amend or modify these AI Terms at any time by posting a revised version on the www.AriesLift.com website and by sending a notice to the email address associated with you whenever such amendments are material in our reasonable opinion.
We encourage you to check this page regularly. If you do not agree with the amendments to these AI Terms, you have the right to terminate these AI Terms by discontinuing your use of AriesLift AI-Powered Features and Services or deleting your User account. Your continued use of the AI-Powered Features and Services following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the modified AI Terms.
