About the role

What you'll do
- Coach live, one-on-one training sessions over high-quality video on AriesLift.
- Build and retain your own book of clients on the platform.
- Program every session around each client's goals, level, and available equipment.
- Track progress and keep clients accountable between sessions.
What we look for
- Hands-on experience coaching clients one-on-one, in person or remotely.
- A recognized personal-training certification or equivalent experience.
- A reliable internet connection, a camera, and room to demonstrate movements.
- Strong communication and a client-first coaching style.
